    Very friendly staff. I especially like to thank Mr Zakir Mohd, from the lobby and entrance area. He was very kind, courteous and professional to me and my family during our stay in Malaysia.

    Fantastic rooms, service, food and spa however currently (April 2018) there is heavy construction next door from 8am to 9pm every day. Recommend checking on whether it's still going on when you book. If so choose another hotel in the area, there are plenty of alternatives.

    No doubt the best hotel I've stayed in. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are kept very clean and tidy. Overall their service was excellent. Food worth the price. Breakfast was good.

    This was an excellent and very convenient location for my 2 week business trip. The embassy rate is essential for any business traveler as it provides breakfast, light lunch and dinner snacks daily along with laundry. It made it extremely easy to focus on work. The wifi throughout the facility to include the state of the art gym was very good. The service was beyond reproach down in the lobby lounge to the daily Butler service in the room as well. Mr Moon and Mr. Ju Won, led by Ms. Paloma have out done themselves here in KL!

    Stayed for 3days 2nights checked in on 16/3 n checked out on 18/3/18. The issue is, you as a well known hotel have offered the product took payment for the product and yet not delivered the product. You received my money for room with breakfast and yet not delivered the breakfast is embrassing. I was denied breakfast knowing that I have paid for the breakfast. I have tried to settle this but the receptionist was unable to settle the mistake made by you. Therefore, I kindly ask you to be more honest in your customer relations in future. Thank you.
