  Omg what happened??? Bring back the salad bowls and salad wraps!!! That's probably the only reason I make repeated delivery orders from your restaurant. By taking away this option, customers are going elsewhere to get their salad needs met. And when you bring back the salad, please bring back the mint aioli!

  Terrible service (to be fair they seemed severely understaffed). They take an extremely long time to serve our food and even mixed up the orders of the table beside us. The cashier was juggling between dealing with online orders and taking orders from us, and as a result was really curt. I don’t really blame them seeing as they are understaffed, but would not recommend this place to anyone, especially since there are so many f&b outlets in Waterway Point.

  Terrible food that came cold and in the tiniest portion ever!!! Overpriced with terrible service would never eat here again

  Decent good, decent variety, and decent service. I like this place a lot during non-peak hours. Service quality and speed degrades rapidly. I guess it is likely because they are offering too many different items so it makes ordering slow and processing also slow. Otherwise, it is no different than other soup spoon unions. Good place to go when you can't decide / agree on what to eat.

  16/12/17: Second review: We were warmly welcome by one the female staff which I forgot to ask for her name. I highlighted on the previous bad experience visit we had and boycotted this outlet, she told us we should feedback on the spot. So we decide to give another chance after their revamped, we were definitely impress by her service and was very prompt and attentive. We are there after dinner so we tried the dessert. I would said the milkshake was pretty good. But not the soda. The cake was pretty normal as reviewed by my girl. But the drinks and dessert presentation was the WOW point and certainly suitable for instagram. Eye catching! But it’s pretty ex for a soda with cotton candy @ $10.90. First review: This place charges 5% service charge yet they doesn't provide any. First I requested two small bowl at the cashier counter for kids soup, they gave me a bowl with leftover tuna in it. The soup tasted like glue. Next we ordered 4 other dish but the runner just threw it on the table without serving it to us. When our two plate of steak was serve, I asked the runner which is the medium well, and which is well done. He said he don't know and just walk away. The salmon fish was not fully cooked also, the internal was raw. So much of a service provided by them!
