  Parking at basement and take the central shopping mall lift to level 2 and look for lot number L2.02, same row to all famous phone brand shops. Queue number produce by machine and queuing time is fast in the morning. If u manage to leave Nu Sentral within 15 minutes, parking is free, otherwise RM5 for first hour.

  Had to come here to get a replacement card because my old card 'expired' without prior warning. It's like the only place other then Sentral that you can get a replacement and your credit transferred. Bad system Touch n Go. If you go in and out fast enough within the 30mins drive through allocation, you can get away from having to pay any parking charges. 1 star for the unnecessary inconvenience!

  Although there was a lot of people during lunch hour the queue was fast. The lady at the counter was very courteous and helpful fixing my smart tag device. Excellent service.
