  this is story from my roomates. i trust him because he was the customer this hotel. for your safety and family don't come here because this place keep and protecting gangster. my friend tell me that he got beat up last week while all staff and people there just watching doing nothing. any information or evidence just pm me.

  The place is getting dated and not maintained properly or at all. It's central location is the main attraction and parking area. Reception staff is attentive, helpful and efficient. Checking in and out was just quick and easy. Room was a disappointment. This is my third stay in 10 years and there does not seem to be any update. Towels looked like they have been the same all these years. Room was not properly cleaned. No shampoo but there was soap. Had to ask for a floor mat and no hand towels available. Otherwise the room is spacious. Airconditioning was effective other than the smell of cigarette smoke around midnight coming through the vent. Breakfast is included. Not the best but there was enough for a proper one with both western and Asian. Doubt I will return to the hotel in future although it can be considered value for money.

  I felt cheated. Booked a deluxe king from agoda based on photos and 4star rating on top of high customer rating >7/10. End up getting smaller room with totally different design furnitures and size, old air conditioner without remote control, no toothbrush and paste. Had to call 10times to speak to counter to ask for extra towel. And ironing board is at the corridor. Oh and the breakfast is lousy. Edible but no choices, no top up.

  Went here for conference/ training. The food was actually quite good. Building is dated, location is quite good walking distance to ipoh parade and many restaurants. Indoor parking available for RM3 per entry or RM6 per day with hotel validation, but a single floor has only space for 5-8 card I think. Hotel has 1 small swimming pool. Didn't check the rooftop lounge.
