  Some small points for improvement: The bed wasn't too comfortable. A call to housekeeping have someone put on a mattress topper which helped but still didn't help with getting restful sleep. The water pressure in the shower and bath were good, but not for the toilet which takes a few minutes to refill its tank. There are universal power outlets in the executive desk and one near the bed but all of them were very loose which made it difficult to charge our devices. Newer universal power outlets near the bed and the couch would have been better. A small lamp on the executive desk would have also helped. Also no power outlet for the hair dryer in the bathroom. Room service was very accommodating with our requests. There were plenty of choices in the breakfast buffet but no particular dish stands out as amazing, so just average. The selection at cocktail hour was pretty good though. Check in and check out were both fast and fuss-free. Any time that we had to interact with staff were great experiences.

  We stayed on an executive floor and had really friendly and excellent service from the staff in the lounge. Housekeeping and concierge were also first class in responding willingly to our needs. It's a pity I couldn't smoke a cigar at the Gobo Upstairs bar any more. The Sky Bar was a lively substitute but not the ideal place for a quiet smoke! But overall our stay, as usual, was excellent.

  Nice and comfortable room with the stunning view of the twin towers in the proper looking distance - not too close so you could view the full height of the towers. Best thing is I checked in late night already, and my flight next day was in the evening. So I asked if I would be able to enjoy the club lounge and the facilities a bit in the afternoon after I check out. My request was willingly accepted, the staff told me I could even take a bath before I leave the hotel if I wish. I was really pleased. Excellent service!!

  Surprised to see this is a 5 star hotel, I believe to be of a 4 star standard. This hotel is very large and the service although very efficient, lacks the personalized touch that a smaller hotel could provide. Our room (2607)was a deluxe twin towers view. The view was INCREDIBLE and worth the money paid alone. Just breathtaking
