  I’ve come here a few times and use their products. Just now went in to buy something for my hair. When I asked the guy for a recommendation and difference between products, the response was “well, you can read the labels”. For the amount they charge for services and products, that’s not a response I would have expected. I walked out, didn’t buy anything.

  For the price paid, I expect nothing less than 5 star service befitting the name of Truefitt & Hill. Instead, what I got was a barber who had only been in the country for 3 months and couldn't understand simple barber instructions in English. On top of that, your equipment is seriously deficient. Almost all small time barbers in the UK have clipper grades from 1 - 8 including interim grades (ie: 1.5,2.5,etc) and all you had was 1 - 4 with no interim grades. If that wasn't bad enough, your barbers were constantly going to each others stations to borrow clipper attachments.

  good Serivce but its all about the Results you get from your hair. and I didnt get what I wanted. what a waste

  Nice place, skillful barber, but got our order wrong. We also had to wait for a while because they thought we had ordered for a specific barber when in fact, when we booked online, we didn't.

  Very fancy and good service. Also bring in strong feeling of London.
