  I am a regular guest for Tune hotel Downtown KL and I’m very impressed with your top of the (April) month staff, the Chinese lady with glasses at the front desk, I’m sorry I couldn’t remember her name. Very polite, reactive and I felt very welcomed. On par with a 5 star hotel service. I enjoyed my stay and the place is always clean. Sam,

  The rate of price and the accommodation is value for money. It's good. But Your staff act not respect cleanliness for the muslims. I already see your staff do a cleaning, they wear a slipper but the floor, we used to pray. The same slipper is act they walk and also on toilet used. So the slipper actually clean? I didn't see other staff hotel doing this at other hotel actually.

  All in all, it was a nice stay, but nothing special. The staff was very friendly and helpful about sightseeing spots. Breakfast was ok, but rather ordinary, however, a BIG minus for the filtered coffee tgat was watered down so much that you can only call it brown water with a bit of coffee flavor. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable, but even though the bed was made every day, the hair from a previous guest remained in the drain of the shower throughout my entire stay... and I doubt that the floor was swept properly as well. However, the sheets and towels were clean! A big plus is that the hotel is located near the stations of two different train lines, which is very convenient to get around.

  the price is cheaper than other hotel in that busy area in the town. buy room size is tiny. they have very helpful and friendly customer service. they serve with smile 24 hours. they also have a cafe where I got cheapest buffet breakfast.

  The staff's service was good and the room was very satisfactory for me. The cleanliness was very good as well. The only thing that can be improve is I hope to see a small convenience shop in the hotel. As I arrived quite late, there were few things that I need to buy but sadly there was no shop. But overall, I don't mind to return to the hotel again in the future. 😀
