  Our heartfelt appreciation to Prof Kwan, Prof Chiu & their team mates. My mum was given the best of the best treatment from her first visit to UMSC until the operation @ UH. Her family was well informed of the operation process before, during and after. After op care was fantastic. Patient felt loved and cared @ the ward. Visitation from the Profs were very punctual and informative. Thank you once again. You guys rock! Keep up the good works!

  I am an Indonesian who had my scoliosis spine surgery at UMSC. I could really feel that the doctors were very dedicated and passionate. They really thought the best for the patient. WiFi is available and good. All the nurses were very kind and caring. I was truly grateful to choose this hospital for my spine surgery.

  I was impressed by the professional services given by the spine unit in UMSC in the spine surgery carried out on my husband in Jan 2015. It was especially gratifying to have been updated throughout the different stages during the operation. The family was kept informed of the proceedings, which was something quite unusual but definitely a step in the right direction of patient - doctor relationship. The follow up services was also very competently done by the surgeon himself.

  All prof, doctor and nurses are very responsible. I'm a scoliosis patient, done operation on 2013. They provided good service but nurses are quite rude sometime. During 2018, I fall in an accident again, back to UMSC again, I found out the service improved, all the nurses much more patient and caring. They will understand your pain and try their best to be soft. Changed a lot. Very good service. Doctor there are the best, they visit everyday, and the operation always successful. Feel very secure. They are so understanding n responsible. Super impressed by the team led by Prof Kwan and Prof Chris. They are extremely dedicated, experienced and professional. They gave me confidence and trust that I felt so determined to undergo this surgery.
