::Very very bad experience. I went with my Medident card with a allowance of RM 500. But they treated as if i am there to beg free for their treatment ! I told that i only want scaling and polishing which cost about RM170 they told. I told fine and entered inside. The word which came from the doctor firstly was "I just clean ur teeth and you dont want me to look into ur teeth. I am going to just be a cleaner". I told him "it is fine if you tell something problem with my teeth also but this is my first time with dental so pls proceed with scaling and polishing doctor". He then replied me ok " am a cleaner now". I was silent even then also and lied down. To my surprise he did something with my teeth just for 5.27 minutes. I swear he did only for 5.27 minutes and then he told ok thats al ah.. Then after coming out the receptionist got my sign with the empty receipt and then i saw that RM320 was entered in that bill. I asked her why RM320 but she replied doctor did filling to ur teeth and also he did scaling and polishing!!!! to my surprise it is impossible!!!! This is clearly a theft!!!! She punched a hole with my medident card and gave me back. For nothing done except that 5 mins they charged RM320. Extremely dissatisfied.

::One of the best dentists i would say. Dr Sia has a pair of gentle hands and made me feel safe on the dental chair. His great knowledge and in-depth explanation on my treatment plan assured me that i am in good hands. "He makes people feel safe!" --- thats the words that i will use to describe him!
