  Relatively new hotel. Affordable rates offered. Rooms are clean. Limited choices on the free breakfast menu, and the portions are inconsistent (I have lodged in here several times). Rooms that are at the front can get quite noisy at night, as there are cafes /shops just across the road. Walking distance to nearby shops (Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, Tesco etc) and a private hospital.

  Price per room is quite expensive compare to the room size. However, staff are very friendly. Breakfast suck but plenty of cafe / restaurant beside the hotel.

  Small but affordable stay. Walking distance to nite market. Break first available at affordable price too.

  Nice decorations. Rooms are clean. Aircond, water heater, TV all working good (maybe because the hotel is new). Staff are friendly and helpful. Room rates are reasonable. It is only RM83 for single room with free breakfast. The hotel is near to lots of restaurants and there's a 7-11 just a few steps away. Near to fast food restaurant (Burger King, Domino's, Starbucks), petrol station etc. Highly recommended if you are looking for budget hotel.

  Newly established hotel with lift. Simple and cozy but meets all your needs. Located right opposite today's market and next to Regency Specialist Hospital. Equipped with water dispenser on every floor. Cafe downstairs with free breakfast available. Clean and tidy room. Multiple channels on tv. Friendly staff. Great!
