  Poor service. Not attentive customer care. Make customer wait and wait and wait only. VW should really look into it.

  Wheel bearing serious faulty after service and warranty claims. I was very deeply disappointed why after servicing and warranty the issue became worse, which are not professional in service and compliance. 1. I cant collect my car on 3rd day after done service and warranty claims due to wheel bearing HAS DAMAGE BY THE TECHNICIANS so it need to be fix sometime and DELAY MY COLLECTION, issue proclaims by Service Advisor and he had promise done in 2 days instead. (Initially my wheel bearing is good condition) 2. 18th September Monday, collected my car from service center and my car came out a very loud friction noise from front wheels while driving, this doesnt make sense and ridiculous seem THE VEHICLE HAS DEVELOPED SERIOUS FAULT AFTER AWHILE JUST CAME OUT FROM SERVICE CENTER. I would suspect they did not solve my issue actually because i do not sign any claim statement. 3. When back to the service center and tested drive, Service Advisor consist denied and gave me very INAPPROPRIATE EXPLANATIONS which BLAME its my issue. They did not solve my root cause and my car was getting worse. 4. I was like being ignorance with my unstatifaction and ask me to drive back and tell me he will do the claims. Which means they do know the issue is remain and obviously they just perfunctory my request. I believe service center is obligation to carry out the work on my car with reasonable skill and care, using parts of satisfactory quality. Until now after 1 week my dispute never been resolve.
