  Worst after sales services. I bought VW Passat with convincing sales advise. After 1 year, nightmare happen. Car engine dies off, jerking etc. Sent to FA Wagon Glenmarie, only replaced "suspected" parts. And after 2 weeks, same problem occur. What happened to the 1 week diagnosis? Request for temporary car, the front desk said "all car at customer". Then who am I. Then they want to discuss with manager and will call in afternoon but NO UPDATE. When contacted, they said manager not in office..Is the manager work from home? Really frustrated.

  Worst after sales service in Malaysia. Rude staff and never record service history and repeating problems even after leaving the car after 1 week. Their staff need more training.

  Worse product quality. Poor after sales services. No transparency in service operation from both VPCM and dealer. Once faced their product quality issues, either dealer and VPCM will ignore all complain and play 'taichi'. 2.5 year with tge problematic passat is good enough to say bye bye forever with this brand. NEVER BUY A VW!!!

  I am the Volkswagen passat owner. Just would like to bring to Volkswagen attention and highlight the security issue. I was driving this car on 5 Nov 2016 back from Melaka to KL after my team building trip about 2pm. about half an hour drove, on PLUS highway on fast lane about 100 KM/J, suddenly there is a very loud noise came from back rear on left. I have to immediately cut to the left lane and drove to emergency lane. Then found out that the wheel guard was came off and stuck on my back rear tyre and also a piece of aluminium came off and scratched the tyres and caused the tyres damage. This is extremely dangerous incident which can't believe it happened to this car which I am bought it because of safety reason. Looking forward the right person to response and how to address this issue for the public who drive this car for safety reason. On 7 Nov 2016, I am sending my car to volkswagen sungai besi service center at 9:30am and lodged my complaint but nobody know what to do and I have no choice to sit her for about 2 hours but still have not get an answer.
