  Visited VW Sg.Besi. Easy access from major highways and main road. Multi storey car park available for customer. Volkswagen Service centre and Showroom are parrarel. Staff are friendly thought.

  Pretty good sales and service attendants. Free breakfast, coffee and tea. Definitely way better than Federal Auto as Wearnes do offer range of merchandises, and also some additional stuff like small bottle engine oil, air-conditioning refresher etc. Partner with MyTown, that you can redeem voucher in MyTown and shuttle to Ikea/MyTown while you getting your car service.

  Overall experience at the workshop is ok. There’s cafe and light snacks for you while you wait. But there is a very long queue to get an appointment. And the service advisor seemed overwhelmed as they are understaffed.

  Followed husband to service our Tiguan. Staff professional & friendly and Ms Heng is ever so polite & ready with refreshments.

  I had a very pleasant experience. I was attended by a very prompt counter service staff Maggal and a prompt efficient workshop manager Harry. My window had gotten loose and dropped into the door. Even though they did not have the parts, Harry helped to bring up the window so I can drive back to Singapore without worry. Thanks !!
