  I'm reviewing Wilayah Animal Clinic at Jalan Development, same row with 99 Speedmart. I planned to bring cat there for spaying operation. The fee offered was reasonable but when I witnessed how the vet examined my cat, my confidence level for this vet went to zero. He was rough with my cat during the examination and doesn't bother soothing the cat despite knowing my cat is nervous and in fear. I went to several vets previously and they weren't as heartless as this one. He also doesn't bother listening to my briefing about the cat's condition and interrupted whilst I just started briefing, asking me to get my cat out and place it on the operating table. I was so disturbed by his unconcerned behavior and brought my cat home immediately without the operation. Although the fees are reasonable but I wouldn't return to this vet in the future.
