  The family suite is clean and very spacious. My boy enjoy running inside the room. We asked extra one pillow and also one unit of hair dryer. The bath lotion was empty when we checked-in. However the cleaners refilled it after we informed them the next day. The staff and cleaners are very friendly as well. The only thing that we were shocked was the toilet door cannot be locked. It is a glass door that can cover either bathroom or toilet, but cannot be lock. Emmm, my family is not very happy about this. And there is only one mirror inside the toilet, so we have to take turn comb our hair. No mini fridge attached as well.

  New Hotel at a new area of town. Very very few shops around. Need transport to and fro to anywhere in Town. Comfortable hotel. Helpful staff and receptions.

  It clean n nice place... But price little bit expensive(without breakfast package)..overall... It great hotel...keep it up Win Hotel... Wish all of luck with u... TQVM

  Well, no different from the previous guests' reviews: no mirror, no hose to clean yrself at the toilet bowl. However, the front desk people are courteous and smiled during our stay, esp the guy opening n closing the doors for us. Oh, there are large wall filled mirrors at the lobby. Maybe the budget for that cld have been channelled for the dressing table mirrors instead in the rooms. On the whole i will give 3++ stars to the hotel for their service throughout my stay.
