::This review are only for this particular WISMA PERKESO only and may not reflects other PERKESO branch. I'm well comfortable with the receptionists, staffs and the directory when i go here to handle & solve my company (im working with) EIS and SOCSO matters. Should we need more information or simply want to understand the whole process, the staff at Ground Floor will instruct us to go to level 2. They offered a "class" for employers to learn and understand more on the ASSIST system as well as iPerkeso online payment systems.

::Just done my EIS submission. Tips: If u managed get EIS Assist acc. Submit contribution online. Print out ECR slip, with cheque. it is processed at [Level1]. Possibly level G also can If u dont managed get Assist acc...no problem. Email lampiran 1 contribution. Print out proof email sent, together with cheque, it is processed at [level4] where u drop cheque there. Hope this helps. And I feel its wiser to park further so to avoid crowd.

::Surprised to see many cars and got RELA ppl controlling traffic in front of PERKESO office. Many people and long queue before I get down from car. Small & limited carpark space. Today got a lot of people due to the new EIS. Employers have to submit & make payment for SIP by 15Feb but the system not really ready yet. Many company havent received username & password for PORTAL ASSIST. Even if the ECR was submitted, payment have to be made in PERKESO office until April2018. For SIP related matter, they allocated 4th floor so that it is separated from SOCSO matters. The queue is very long but the customer service staffs are very friendly.

::Better service compared to other government departments. There have good systems in terms of queue numbers and also personalised services. They have digitised their data base system to include past records so it is easy and more efficient to manage in terms of tracing and compliance purposes.I had a fine for missing few staff payments but they staff here was very helpful to guiding me solve my problem. They had personalised service to help me resolve the problem and had good rational logical thinking skills. I was very impressed. They allowed me to appeal and gave me a reasonable discount for the mistakes. I would like to personally thank the PERKESO staff for the efficient management of the problem.
