The ATM at this AmBank Premier 101 issues faulty RM50 notes. I brought the note back to the bank to complain and was told to go to Bank Negara to change my RM50 note! What kind of service is this?

IMPOLITE STAFF!!! Unprofessional Service compare to other Ambank Branches. They should be proper trained before ruining Ambank reputation.
