Now got 7 customer waiting. But counters got 3 tellers & 3 empty counters. Got 4 officers at the back. Waited more than 10 minutes. Branch manager just sitting in his room only. What a Tak Apa Attitude branch is this? Will definitely close all my accounts here and move to other banks.
