  Looks good n nice in the hotel apps but actually very very bad in management....smelly, room very smelly facilities very bad n the staffs very unpolite n lazy

  Too small a room but very convenient to visit the eagles n fireflies who are just situated behind this hotel

  A reasonably cheap hotel which provides value for money. This hotel website claims that their bathrooms come with a heated showers. Their technical maintenance is not of a high standard and therefore not all the heated showers are in working order. Furthermore the bedside lamps were not in working order for most rooms. We complained to the front office but their service technician could not solve the problems.

  Easy access. Have an elevator. Female staffs are friendly but male ones are not. Free wifi but low coverage. Very small room and smelly carpets

  My belief is you get what you pay for. My queen room was RM115 nett. While there wasn't hot water and it's a small room, the distance to the firefly (RM15 for adults, RM10 for kids) & eagle feeding (RM25 for adults, RM15 for kids) jetty is just 1 minute away on foot! There is a 7-Eleven within walking distance and a seafood restaurant. Food at the in-house restaurant is reasonably priced. At night, the noise from the neighbouring karaoke can be quite disturbing. If you can, ask for a room in Block 1 which is further away.
