::I came here to make new account for the first time. At first, I wanted to rate this bank high because I had smooth and quick experience here. My good perception gone as I had problem to make bsn online account. The staff entered wrong phone number. I called bsn centre and they said I can fix it just using atm. I came back the next day just to change my phone number. I tried to use atm but failed so I had to take number to make the business at the counter. After about 30 minutes, I had to fill forms like I did the day before just to change number. I just followed and asked when I can make the online account. He said the process will take only about 1 day and you can make it after you receive message from us. But after 5 days, I didn't receive any message from bsn. I also tried to check it online, my number still appeared wrong. Maybe I need to go here again but they are wasting my time!
