  I AND MY FAMILY REALLY ENJOY THE STAY AT YOUR HOTEL. SINCE 2014 THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I AM STAYING AT YOUR HOTEL. IT IS JUST LIKE A SECOND HOME FOR US. WE JUST LIKE YOUR HOTEL AND WANT TO STAY THERE. THE AMBIANCE, THE FOOD, THE SHOPPING MALL ETC, EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT. TO SAY IN ONE WORD, IT IS LIKE A WORLD IN ITSELF. HOPE TO COME AGAIN. IF YOU CAN SEND THE INFORMATION OF YOUR HOTEL SITUATED AT OTHER PLACES I' LL BE GLAD TO KNOW.

  I stayed at the hotel with my husband and 2 children ages 7 and 8 years. We all loved our stay! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The service was exceptional in the Club Lounge. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you!

  I was really impressed with the service of the staff from the concierge, to the check in staff and the cleaners! We were surprised to be able to check in early which was a massive relief after a 13 hour flight and we were upgraded too. The guy who checked us in was also really helpful in assisting us with restaurant recommendations and advising us on the best way to get around. The room was massive with a living room area, the bathroom was big too (I liked the fact that the toilet was separate to the bathroom). The attached shopping centre was really useful- we were quickly able to grab any essentials we needed without having to go too far (water, a local SIM card etc). We really enjoyed our stay here, it provided the perfect base to explore KL and celebrate my 30th birthday starting off with a big hearty breakfast. We didn’t use the recreational, pool and spa facilities so we cannot comment on that.

  Well located handy to shopping centre and monorail. Excellent facilities in the hotel itself and reasonably priced. Check in check out was easy. Bag minding service was excellent. Clean and well decorated. Friendly, informative staff. Maybe just hotter showers.

  I had great time in KL including my stay at the Berjaya Times Square. I had a large room with a wonderful view (if I got bored I could watch the construction site below!) which was comfortable and quiet although the bed was too hard for my liking. Everything else was great - I can't comment on the recreational facilities or dining because I was always out and about exploring the city. But the hotel's location - literally on top of a huge shopping centre - meant that everything you could possibly need was nearby. It was a great base from which to explore. I appreciated the English language newspaper and little evening snacks delivered to my door, thanks to all the staff responsible for those and for cleaning and stocking my room.
