  This is a mall actually. Imperial Mall. Top 4 floors are shops selling many types of goods and Boulevard Departmental Stores. Most are low-end items. The restaurants are located at the top floors mainly. But KFC, Sugar Bun are located at ground floor. Boulevard Hypermarket is located underground and connected to the car park. The entrance is not obvious. An escalator is located in the departmental section near Sugar Bun. Use it to go down to the Hypermarket.
