::Challenging and extreme. This hike is not for faint hearted and beginner. It involves high levelation and mountain steep that can cause death if careless occurs. Nimble and fit shoes with good grips is highly recommended. Grip glove is optional. Don't try anything risky like racing down in a vertical climb. Always work together with your friends. Scrap the hiking if raining or just after rain. Those granite stones are very slippery. Remember, safety first. No water supply. A 1.5 litre water bottle is recommended. Best time to go up is around 8am. Come down around 12pm. It's very hot at the noon hours. What's special up the hill? The view across the Ampang and Cheras area, and the dam too.

::Interesting Place for group/professional hickers/mountain climbers which arouse the adventurous spirit of everyone. For leisure and amateur hickers I reckon they should take the "West" trail!

::Perfect place for nature lover. Various bird species observed just one time visit. The trail is above intermediate level. There are some dangerous point on the trail. Especially the end of the trail is almost rock climbing. Ropes are available but person who are afraid of high places shoud better go back.

::Nice hiking spot that's close to the city. Best to hike with a partner or in groups. The climb is rather challenging. Not suitable for beginners.
