::Ive been using catchthatbus quite a lot for my trips. I really like the old version of the apps where you can just directly send a message for any inquiries and it is fast reply. the new apps is okay is just that i don't know whether it's the app or my phone whenever i bought a ticket and the payment is successful, i still didn't get an email for my ticket. it happens few times after using the new updated apps and so i need to call the customer service for them to email me the ticket. Another problem is sometimes i've chose a seat but then when i change to boarding pass the seat is changed. Seat is very important to me cause I always feel dizzy if im not comfortable plus im a woman. I picked a single seat online but ended up i have to seat at double seat and next to a man. It is so dissapointing. I hope you could improve the coordination with the bus operator. thank you

::Misleading. Total cheat! I'm a tourist here, I was looking for a bus at 11:30 or 11:59pm but they lied big time and mislead me. Didn't let me go off the counter and sold the worst bus service. Sorry to say, this is the worst experience EVER for any of my tour. Guys, it's better to pay few pennies extra or wasting time than taking there service. They just want to earn commission nothing else.

::I have experienced very humiliating situation with the bus driver (Prisma Express). They didnt allowed me to board the bus due to dont have printed ticket but in the e-ticket clearly written only show e-ticket from mobile phone. I would like a appology from the operator personally because I was humiliated in front of everyone. Catchthatbus need to take action on this issue or else another passenger will be facing the same situation. (Prisma Express, Kajang-Pasir Gudang, 27/12/2017, 11.30pm)

::I have booked and pay using catch that bus website (KL to JB). but i didn't get any email for the ticket. already issued using email, live chat & phone call. but still waiting for response. very bad for booking site. need extra work to get the ticket.
