  Stupid service.no one has proper knowledge and process about banking process followed here other than bank manager.they should train there employees properly.they don't have feedback forms ready.they have train there employees properly.Stupid process.they do Knowledge transfer to there employees on live customers. Number 1 Worst service then all the banks in Malaysia.no knowledge or semi knowledge employees work here.

  Parking is rm3 per hour but bank service is fast here. Accesible by lrt too
