::Place was clean and comfortable with good security, however the front desk staff clearly showed lack of proper training. 3 major mistakes made: 1) forgetting to ask me to fill in the email - a very crucial piece of information 2) actually ticking the 'yes I agree for my data to be shared amongst Citibank's affiliates' WITHOUT ASKING MY PERMISSION 3) after i drove 10km away back to my workplace, I received a call asking me to go back because she had forgotten to get my thumbprint in the application process. I am reconsidering my decision to open an account with Citibank now
