  Hotel is close to the shopping mall, room is clean but quite small. General speaking, service is quite good! I am impressive with the letter which room cleaner write to me that I upload in the picture!

  Great customer service and location. Ideal spot for young/solo travellers and short business stay. I used to stay here a lot when I was single. Reason for the 3 stars (not higher) is because of the hotel room conditions and toilet cleanliness. Rooms require updates and toilet requires proper cleaning.

  Good location, directly next to midvalley. Basic simple room and show its age , still fairly well maintained though. For the same price u can get nicer rooms elsewhere but I think the price is mainly for the location and convenience you get. Seems to have special rate for regular.

  Right at Mid Valleys massive mall, doesn't get more convenient than that. The rooms are clean and simple. The view from the room was surprisingly great; you get an almost unobstructed view of KLs skyscrapers. That made the stay very above average

  My family and I spent 3 nights in this wonderful hotel. The staffs are friendly, very professional and always put their customers first. My family and I really felt at home through out our stay. Room service is superb. Mid Valley Mall and Garden Mall are shopping heaven for those who love shopping. My wife and I spent all our 3 nights there going from shop to shop and stall to stall looking for souvenirs and presents for our love ones back home. Do try out this wonderful hotel if you intend to stay at Mid Valley.
