  Management staff are terrible. My sister house here have been robbed. Not only they don't want to be responsible. They also did not want to help with the police investigation. Their way of communicating with resident also rude. Not recommended to consider living here.

  That place is clean and well maintained. Management staff is very friendly and helpful It is his love. This is a budget apartment complex, there has swimming pool and playground. Each has its own parking, security and access...The security in this housing area is up to standard. There are cameras in most places.The general area is maintained well with loads large garden plants Greenery and landscape are well maintained, Many wild dogs outside and barking every night 😂😂Can walking 10 min to Puchong Prima station. Food at nearby shop nice and affordable. And market just 2 minuets walk distance there have banks, shopping mall, restaurants Condominium with some amenities like provision shop laundry shop. A bit far from the rt station.

  The security in this housing area is up to standard. There are cameras in most places. The general area is maintained well with loads of large garden plants and there is hardly any rubbish to be seen. The added advantage is that it close to a train station. The only downside is the road condition just outside the housing area. Because it is not part of Desa Impiana, it is not maintained.
