::Very friendly staff and good services. You can definitely trust this place unlike public vet places. Though there are times the place is crowded. Still being around lovely pets and friendly owners, keeps the mood positive and helps the waiting time pass by. Think of your pets!! Highly recommend!!

::The Customer Service is beyond horrible. Waited for 3 and a half hours , the counter staff only realize no doctor is attending to me after I asked the fourth time and the number skipped mine multiple times, the people and came after me even went off. And lastly the lady asked me I have to wait again if I want another Doctor. The best thing is they are not even sorry and just the "if you wanna go then go " attitude lol, mind you this place was only recommended by a friend, definitely won't be back after this.

::Very experienced doctors, saved my dogs lives.I had 2 dogs saved by them. Can be little pricey at times but you can't expecting a "cheap bill" because the doctors do their best with good medicine, try taking your dog to any other small vet and see if your dog survives
