If el cheapo, park at roadside with traffic police actively issuing you tickets (what do you expect since it is located at Police HQ). If you need to bring clients or formal lunch, park inside, go upstairs Level 5 for Restoran Chef Ismail with Malay delicacies. The parking building has lift to go up.
