  Went to the hospital for child birth and GP. As the hospital was specified by the insurance agency and listed in the Japan embassy in Malaysia website, there were many Japanese patients. Birth package (2D1N), and newborn checkup/vaccination: RM6200 Needs improvement on: Hospital food (pic) Japanese translator For privacy sake, it would be better for translators to speak discreetly, and be less opinionated .

  Worst experience ever in private hospital.. normally people said goverment is nurse got bad attitude.. I experience last 2 days when the nurse in Clinic Doctor Chong choon chor in gleneagles shouted at me infront of others patient when i request to see doctor again. The receptionist want me to go see doctor again to clarify something.. then i went to yhe clinic the nurse shouted at me.. so moral of the story private hospital like Gleneagles also can shouted at you and why pay so much to get shouted??? Changing hospital from now on..

  While the decorations, interior design are all nice and fancy, this is not a requirement for a hospital. More to the requirement of a hotel. In terms of services, when you are admitted the nurses are very helpful and attentive. But if you are admitted as outpatient, the service is just average. For the amount of money that you're paying you should be expecting more than average. In reality is it not, and it is quite disappointing. Dr Ananda one of the pediatrician there charges the most exorbitant charges that I have encountered so far. First time registration fee is RM235, and filling up an insurance form cost RM 80/form. If you don't have insurance, I recommend not going here. If you have cash to burn, make sure you bring loads of them.

  Service in general is above average and location is very convenient too. However, expect to pay more than almost any other hospital in Malaysia. Unless you're coming to see a doctor that has been recommended and tried by someone you know, I suggest going somewhere else. If you have the money and you know for sure the doctor you'll see is really good, then go to Gleneagles.

  It's above average service. If you want of speedy recommend to use cash instead of insurance claim process. My experience is when using insurance card, it took me 6 hours + after consultation (10 am to 4pm+) (A*A insurance) and not being warded after consultation Paying cash allows you a faster admission and discharged. Nurses at level 5 is good, doctors knows the issue and does explain carefully Room rates are published as of 1st February 2017
