  THANKS TO THE SO CALLED ‘SENIOR’ Stylist, I am attending a friend’s wedding with the worst haircut of my life. The stylist first question was “Potong nombor berapa?” I didn’t ask for a BALD Shave. As before I had an undercut so assuming she wanted to trim my undercut bt then she shorten my top to super short and and gave it a full layering cut. What kind of crappy service is this!? I didn’t come here to have some ugly haircut. Been coming here for almost 3 years and sorry to say this is my last. RUINED MY ENTIRE DAY!

  very rude stylist that didn't listen to customer's request. I was served by a "senior" stylist, assuming she would respect my requests. I asked her to only trim the top, but ended up chopping half of my hair length because she barked at me saying it will not look good. don't call your stylists seniors if they're too stupid to listen to customers.
