  Bad service, bad managing and rude staff. They made their own rules to scam customers. When I complained about the rule and asked for a written statement, they said just email the customer care line. They refused my request and just keep told me “okay we will refund”. They didn’t even apologize. I used to buy my electronics there. I bought my printer, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine and so on. But I would never visit again. Especially Nu Sentral one. What a scam. Manager name ; Nazuawadi

  Harvey Norman @ Nu Sentral is one of the hopeless place as no one wants the service their customers. No one wants the attend to product enquiry. When ask for assistance, the sales people are saying they are not in charge of the product and never care to point to person in charge. This happened on the 14th July 2017 @ 8.30pm.
