::Takes around 5-6 hours even though they will tell you it takes around 3 hours. I recommend dropping the car off in the morning and coming back at the end of the day. Their appointment system doesn't seem to work properly so do not plan according to it.

::Came to drop off my car for normal car services AKA oil change but the ticket number they gave me, it is only moving every 30 minutes. When I arrived, it was 2002 and my number was 2005. Can you imagine the hassle I need to go through just to talk with their service advisor for just 10 minutes? I wish Tenaga Setia can do better with customer that wanted to drop off their car for normal usual oil change, which can be done in literally 10 minutes (get customer details, walk to the car, record down the scratches around the car, back to the counter, customer sign), provided customer do not have any other issue, that is me! You happy, customer also happy.

::We had to send our car to the body and paint department after our car was involved in a minor accident. We were attended to very quickly and efficiently. Did not sample the food & beverage on offer but there was a selection of pastries on offer. Getting to the body and paint department was a little confusing but we had a staff member to guide us. The whole experience was good and calming for us after having to endure the emotions you go through after being involved in an accident.
