::I change my battery at this service center , after 3 months my car cannot start, then go back to this service center, the staff checking my battery and say nothing, after 3 days cannot start again, need to jump start again the go back again and the staff told me if 3 days need jump start that is NORMAL, Honda car 3 days need jump start is NORMAL???

::Very bad customer experience, service agent did not provide clear explanation on the issue, and also did not advise on the waiting time. In short, a place that wasting your time with waiting time more than 3 hours.

::Staff is courteous, I have a booking and started on time and ended in one hour time. The waiting area is at second floor on a wooden platform, so whenever someone walk around, you can feel the vibration, kind of disturbing. Some aircond was down at that time, so it is not feeling comfortable at the waiting area. Food and drinks are provided.
