::Hong Chang manages an economic rice stall in the mornings and afternoons, before the frog porridge starts. The economic rice is good, not too oily, portions are just nice, and its ⊠economical ð ; rice, fish & 1 vegetable was just $3, rice & 2 veg $2.50. Definitely below market charges. ðð

::Cheap affordable food that tastes really great. Great supper place for locals. Definitely one of Singapore's secret supper places. Avid supper goers should definitely order a serving of grilled sambal stingray, porridge and your choice of frog leg cooked in claypot (served either in dried chili gravy or ginger spring onion gravy). Portions are generous and flavourful.

::Their frog porridge is simply too good..! It's thick and is rich in flavour. Plus the portion of stingrays is very big, very meaty and a lot of flesh, as compared to most stall outside. Best of all, the price is very economical. A good meal including these 2 dishes, frog legs, egg, and begs would usually be $10+. Very good location for suppers
