  A/c was not working. Room was not ready when we arrived, not even one hour later. Better to avoid this hotel.

  A standard hotel, but also charge you a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the receptionists can not speak Melayu.

  Very bad hotel they have wifi facility but no internet, cockroaches in room and cockroaches were crawling on breads during my breakfast

  The process of check-in is quite slow. Need to give RM50 deposit when check-in but it will give back the deposit during check out (if nothing broken). The beverages inside the refrigerator are not included in the hotel price (mean you need to pay if you take the beverage from the refrigerator). The TV did not function well and the bell is not functional. The parking inside the building need to be paid (RM5/day) and reservation need to be made in advance (if needed). The lift near the parking close between 9 pm and 7am (if not mistaken) for safety purpose, so you need to walk to the main door if you park inside the building during this hour.
