  It was clean and close to the town but no lift

  Lif tak ada. Lobby sedikit panas. Tangga naik ke atas bahagian cafe sedikit berbau. Kebersihan bilik bersih. Cuma air perlahan. Overall ok.

  -The enterance was nice not that exquisite...Loby's ----washroom was reasonable(Like a hospital's washroom). -There's no lift( had to climb 3flights to get to the room) -After reaching the room, it was horrible. Air Con was half broken, there was some old curry smell around the room(through out the day), Lights were not working , had to go outside to iron , toilet looks horrible but functioned well. -Breakfast was okay... -No wifi -Service phone not working either -Receptionist had good communication skills and well dressed . -But making the customer to wait for long hours -Staff member has less knowleged about the hotel -Proper parking areas were provided

  4 stars for great location. Right infront of train station and walking distance to bus station. 3 stars for polite staff. 2 stars for hotel - old and run down despite the recent refurbishment. Basic breakfast menu.
