  the hotel is just next to UITMT and has a nice view of the beach

  Not better choice. Average clean. Aminities is poor: no wifi in room, no gym, no pool. Food is average. But great sea view though not advisable to swim

  If you are a foreigner and having hard time getting used to Malaysian food, you should come here. In the morning they have buffet for RM15 per person, until 11am. After that you can order Western and Malaysian food. The price is very affordable. And being a Hotel Restaurant you know the food is well prepared.

  way much better than un registered homestay. old room but clean and NO bed bug. staff are very helpful and moderate food for breakfast. alternatively you can enjoy local taste near by

  Sea view. 2 minutes walking from the lobby to the beach. Room a little bit smelly due to carpet on the floor. Breakfast option were satisfactory. Food from services/restaurant were quite good.
