::Terrible customer service, 7 working days delivery? More like 10 days still haven't delivered or called to explain why. When called, said it is built but undergoing stress test. Later on, say monitor didn't arrive. Also pushed for unnecessary items, especially more expensive ones even if it doesn't work better. OC it WITHOUT my permission, causing my living room to feel like a sauna. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone especially friends and family.

::They don't honor exchange even though the item has only been opened and exposed to air for 3 hours (never turned on). I asked if the AIO cooler can fit my case, they say can. Then after I bought I found out it can only fit 50% of the screws. Asked on facebook, they say can't exchange.
