::They don't have experience handling cat. My cat been given sleeping injection. The reason because my cat being uneasy during grooming. It's show they lack of skills and use the easiest way out. They also made my cat lost one of her canine teeth. These are all unacceptable as my cat not first time groomed. She has been many times groomed at other place but never happened and treated like this. They're truly very rude with cat and no animal patient. Stay away this shop. Other than overprice.
