::BAD SERVICE! I sent 1 carpet here. After 2 weeks still got no feedback. When i called the office, the staff said..it depends on the owner to decide whether to wash or not. It could be weeks..could be months.. Not because they have other carpet to wash..but she said..the owner will wash when he feels like he want to wash 😑. What kind of service is that? We send the carpet for cleaning because its dirty..and because we want to use it asap. Not for the shop keeping! I took back my carpet and sent elsewhere.
