  Just ordered my meal. Service was horrible!! Cashier was mouthing off while grumbling in between taking my order and overall horrible customer service. Didn't seem happy with someone. Just chucked the food on the tray. Cashier in question is Shafika. Second time I've had this experience with the same cashier. I hope something is done about this.

  Has a longer line during rush hours. But that's normal for any establishment. There's also a second floor made just for dining if the ground floor's tables have all been occupied.

  Lots of customers means fresh. Efficient too. Sadly now they don't operate 24 hours since implementation of GST. Before GST the average price per piece was RM3.50. Today, we all just have to enjoy less of it. Used to be affordable for many on more regular basis, now it's a luxury food.

  This branch is quite very quiet and not many customers, however the service depending on which food you are ordering. The core foods such as fried chicken, mashed potato, burger is fast but other special foods such as chizza take a while to come due to preparation time. Food is hot and just okay.
