  Poor poor poor is all i can say. Been there twice upon confirmation of appointment via the telephone. First time was asked to wait quite long due to patient build up. Second time was rejected flat out - the person at the counter made some lame excuse saying that the chair was not working properly. Looked like improper management of the appointments as the appointment book was not very full on the said day and my name was not even on the scheduled time. It was written somewhere at the bottom of the page!! Very bad service and as i can remember, the prices were on the high side.
