  Hotel facility okay.. food not many choice... Every time u go there..must pay parking ticket rm1 only.. n u must claim to the hotel back yeah... Near to shopping complex, ktm sgamat n bus station...

  Great Deal for a budget hotel. Located next to shopping mall and very near to bus station. Clean room. Great service.

  Rooms were not cleaned properly. There is dust here and there and there were even junk food wrappers in the open closest. But front office staffs were friendly eventhough strict on letting you into your room before 2pm. Overall it's a decent hotel, you get what you paid for.

  It was a worthy stay for a budget travellers to Segamat. As the hotel is located next to a shopping complex n the bus terminal. A budget hotel with a simple bfast.
