::Never had an issue with picking up my items.

::Just read the 5 Stars review, and decided to add on my own review. What I experience in the mail processing centre is a different thing than what he has mentioned in his review. First, it’s very hard to contact them via phone, most of the time your call will be attended but when transferring to POS, no one will pick up. I dare to challenge anyone to try to call them when you’re inside the office to see whether anyone will pick up. I also found that there is a lack of communication between the front counter and people working at the back. When asked, the front counter will tell you that your item is in at the mail processing centre and currently at the back of the centre, while people working at the back will tell you a different thing. For my case, my item arrived at the centre at 10 a.m. I called them at around 11:45, and no one pickup, the reception asks me to call again later so I decided to drive there. I was the unlucky one to come at around 12:30+ the front counter said my item is there, but asked me to wait or come back after 2:30 p.m. to collect my item. So I did come back later, and ask if I can collect my item. Then the staff working at the back go and check their system and told me that they can’t pass me my item as it’s not ready yet. But he verified the item is indeed in the centre but according to Pos Laju SOP they can’t pass to me, they didn’t explain what is the procedure that is holding my item. I never doubt their delivery team, the person who sends out the item is fast and reliable just not with those who's working at the mail processing centre.

::It is funny how most of the people blaming the pos industry without even understanding how the place work. All i see from the comment here is the workers are lazy etc etc but if only u know that most of the workers here that doing their overtime until 9 and most of them are at late 40's, majority already have family then maybe u will understand. And most of people does not even want to work at pos malaysia. It is sad.

::tried to call so many times and no one pick up. my items have already been there for 3 weeks and the status is still 'items out for dispatched'. How long would it take to deliver the items?! Kuching and Kota Samarahan is no even that far. Hence, I would prefer not giving them any star at all for their services.

::While the place was quite run down, the two counter staff on general duty were very pleasant and nice. Pays to be friendly. The other guy who helped me with picking up my mail was great too. Another guy who wore his jacket and glasses didn't seem eager to serve. Hands down still better than Poslaju.
