  Probably one of the shop with the worst customer service ever. Bought a package on Dec17 and planned to use today before the validity. Went to the shop but they said my package is not available/ can't be found. After a while they found it but claimed that it is already expired. Until I found the receipt and show them my package is still valid, only they proceed with my manicure service. This is definitely a shop who trying to conned you if you did not keep your receipt and record all your service used.

  Seriously, Lamore has never failed to make me wait for at least 10 mins for every visit. It is because they are not systematic at all. Everyone can go to the system click on the appointments schedule. Very messy. Even I reached there on time, the beautician that supposed to serve me was sitting at the counter busy searching her coming appointment and called customers to confirm appointment. Excuse me, why not taking care the customer that reach on time but care bout customer coming later? If u ask me, what is good about Lamore, I will say ONLY massage. As the Indonesian are much better than the locals.

  Worse eyelash extensions i got. Talked really ill about their customers in front of their customers. Terrible customer service. She cut my natural eyelashes after putting the extensions in, like why would you do that...? Wasted my time there. If you want to have broken and damaged eyelashes, this is the place to go. Never going back there again. I hated my experience there. After reaching for my appointment, I had to wait for half an hour before they actually ask me what I am here for. After that another 15 minutes and they tell me i could go in the room. If you do not have enough staffs to work, do not make appointments where customers have to wait for that long. You are only wasting our time and making it hard for your staffs.

  Offers worth while packages for manicure, pedicure and massages. Eye lash extension services are available as well.

  Honestly, if you want to get your eyelash damaged. this is the place to go. I've gotten my eyelash extension 2 times before at different place and I never had any issue. and my third time was here. It left my lashes damaged, The entire eyelash extension process was painful to my eyes, and burning because she apply was too much glue, and she applied the eyelash extension from underneath my natural eyelash poking my waterline, the way the eyelash extension was placed on natural lashes was so clumpy, that when eyelash extension falls it will fall with 5 other natural lashes! first time i experience such thing!! plus it took her ONLY HALF AN HOUR to finish both of my eyes??? how? it should be at-least one and half hour. I never recommend getting eyelash extension at this place to anyone.
