  Bad review on ampang too, same as their called magica salooon at shah alam. You gotta hire somebody who adult mature enough and know to run your business.

  So, I wanted to dye my hair purple to blue and my mum found this place nearby. We go to it and it looks shabby and cheap and the prices were absolutely insane, but we decided to try it out anyway. While he was bleaching my hair (twice) (TWICE), he tells me hes only 17 years old and I'm like looking at my mum with this look of terror. He was already knuckle deep into dyeing my hair, so there was no backing out now. He dyes my hair and RUSHES through it, putting ONE PIECE OF FOIL on ONE BIT OF HAIR and then rush rush through the rest. There was absolutely NO treatment applied. My hair was beyond damaged and slimy, but luckily only the bottom part was double bleached, so I grabbed some scissors after a week of hair torture and chopped it off and let the rest of the colour fade (which it did instantly). I will NEVER go back to this place and I urge everyone to STAY AWAY. This 17 year old seems inexperienced and unlicensed and it seems others have had the exact same issue with the same stylist. This is the second time I'm having to leave this review because Magica deleted the original one. Do not censor the customers who have poor experiences here.

  Don't let or trust the gay hair dresser do curl for your hair. I forgot his name but he is tall, i believe his hair is shoulder length and blonde and he has quite cute face with amazing personality. He means well and maybe he's good at doing other hair style but NOT CURL or WAVE. My hair from thick, straight and very long turns into super damage and super thin hair and i have to cut my hair short to shoulder length to throw away the damage hair. No treatment could ever recover the damage part because it has totally burn. I have never face this kind of experience when i went to any saloon and this is basically the WORSE experienced in my life. It will take 1-2months to recover my hair even though i have cut the burned part. I can honestly said that the hair dresser that does my hair has a good intention and the boss of the saloon is really nice and he even apologise to me and offer to do treatment and taking care of my hair FOC untill my hair recover and grow back but i need to say no because i cannot trust their product anymore after what happen. Needless to say, don't let that particular hair dresser do your hair if you intend to do curl or waves effect. I really wish the other hair dresser or the boss himself that does my hair not that hair dresser that i have.
