  Poorly managed and rules are not enforced at BTS which is also owned by maju holdings. There are no smoking signs placed along the link bridge and you can still find people loitering around and smoking at the bridge. The customer service personals are not helpful and tend to push responsibility to the coach companies. They are unable to think and make decisions. Most of the ticket counter staffs are helpful and pleasant. They are much better than the customer service counter (located next to 7Eleven).
