::Performing your Friday solah at this masjid means you'll be listening to the khutbah in Arabic only; there's actually a religious speech in Urdu (around noon) for the members of the jama'ah before the muezzin makes the "prayer call" i.e. the azan, which means before the Friday khutbah starts. Still, to non-Pakistanis, the solemn ambience makes you come closer to Allah. Glory be to Allah -- SubhanAllah.

::Grand masjid in this busy area of KL city. Well maintained by the authorities. Seperate ladies praying area. Parking is limited. If you visit any masjid, please donate generously for the development and to run the expenses. It's sadqa e jariah (on going charity) even after death.

::I used to come here more than 30 years ago. My college is about 5 mins walk from here. Now the mosque looks new with air-conditioning. Very clean proximity with fence around it. However the classic Pakistan food stall in front of it is no longer there. The space has been taken up by a new University.
